I have been a customer since this place opened. I do generally love it - although I feel like quality is dropping. Some great things are, excellent instructors some of my favs are Dagmar, Melvin and Ty - I literally love all their classes, great class variety with good availability of equipment and cool setting. Some things that they need to get better on are servicing their spin bikes, they are all getting a bit tired with wear and tear and if I compare it to studios like Rebel TriBeCa need to keep up and maintain quality, providing shower towels having this option would be great, more water re-full stations they only have one, when classes are full set the studio up rather than letting people do it - some instructors do this and the class is way better with everyone having space. Overall I do still love this place - BUT if quality goes down I might change my mind.

I'm a member of Virgin Active and go to Tribeca as well because the variation of classes is better and it's convieniant for me to go to. The classes at Tribeca knock spots off those at Virgin, and although there isn't a actual gym the amount of classes on offer means you still get a great work out. The facilities are great, and the staff are approachable and friendly. I like the little touches such as the smoothie bar and a personalised wrist band to access the lockers so no faffing about with padlocks. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for, strict with non attendance and last minute cancellations but rightly so.

I have been recommended this Gym by my Beautician so I had a look at their website but I couldn't find a Pilates class I could enroll to. I decided to pop in and enquiry in person and met a real nice Instructor,she was so bubbly and friendly,we talked for ages about my health issues and I asked all kind of questions. I was so pleased that I decided to give it a try and I was suggested to book a free class to see if I enjoyed the place and the facilities before committing to buy the pack of classes you are basically auto enrolled to month on month. I could only attend one class in September, because Pilates isn't very popular in this Gym and I think they only have two classes per week.As another review points out, morning attendance seems to be the only choice but I am working full time so I had to book my free class on my only day off in the week. I told myself, it's for my own benefit, let's make an effort, but sure enough, the week of my trial I had to work a night shift and could not get up at 8am to go to the Gym. I cancelled my class online and I thought that was the end of it but I have had to block several mobile numbers,as I was bombarded with weekly text messages about promotions,new classes, offers, you name it!!!!OMG,it would never stop! some text would be sent before 7am even on weekends! just too much!and I don't remember agreeing to be targeted by all these promotion notifications, I just provided my mobile number as part of the enrollment process! What a pain! I had a quick look at the reviews (only the positive ones get a response??!?) and I am glad I got out of it all before I even started!!

I have been a customer for over a year now. I find the instructors more enthusiastic and professional than at other gym. Spin classes and body pump are my favourites- really good. A star off for being a bit rigid nowadays when it comes to pack dates' extensions and for poor care for the changing facilities - once the locks in the mixed changing rooms broke they were never replaced so there is not enough privacy now. Slogan 'we are all friends here' isn't very relevant - as friendly as I am I don't want people to look at me when I'm changing. Space under showers is also small and at busy times crammed with girls changing there (again, I think this is due to no locks in the main mixed area).

This is a pretty good little studio - wouldn’t recommend for yoga type classes (I did body balance), but spinning classes are great
