This is a really good F45, I go to different ones and this one is my favourite. The team is great, the facilities are good. Small things though, they tend to open the studio just a few minutes before the class start so come already dressed. The trainers are excellent not all are ‘equal’ but it’s a good team overall.
I signed up to F45 Ealing following a trial and it’s completely changed my attitude to working out. I used to find exercise boring and a chore, now I genuinely look forward to challenging my body at F45! I love that each day is completely different, and the classes are so enjoyable. I never thought it would be possible but the time flies. So glad I found this little gem of a studio
I started with the f45 through a friend. It was the best thing I've ever done in my life. Within two weeks, my cardio was up and I was getting stronger. The pt trainers are very cheerful, friendly and motivate you. Your body gets in shape in a short time and it doesn't take much of your day. I think 45 minutes of movement a day would be done and you don't need to waste that much time at the gym. I recommend it to everyone.
I absolutely love going to F45 Ealing. The work outs are so different and never boring, the trainers are so supportive, helpful, lovely and fun plus the 45 minutes fly by. This is something that I never ever thought I would hear myself say but .. I don't look forward to rest days!
Totally addicted to F45! Joined last summer and it doesn’t matter how tired I am, the classes ALWAYS deliver. A fantastic way to mix up the cardio I’m a long time runner with a brilliant intro into weights. The Saturday classes with the live DJ are a highlight :

The F45 Ealing team is friendly, motivating, and helpful! I was very hesitant to join a gym because I didn't know what to do or where to start. Upon reading about the F45 classes, I decided to try it out. The sessions are designed for all fitness levels, and no day of the week is the same. I love the idea that I don't have to think about what I need to do before arriving. Trainers explain the session, and help you along the way. No matter what level, everyone in the class looks to motivate one another. I am very glad I found F45 Ealing, the team have changed the way I look at exercise. Classes are fun, engaging, energetic, and you feel part of the group from day 1.
