The engineer was on time despite having to travel a long distance, he was very polite, pleasant, and efficient and carried out his work well and unobtrusively, unfortunately I didnt get his name but he knows who he is!

Yet again, we've been fortunate to have a very pleasant engineer attend to carry out the annual service of our old Dyson up right vacuum. A through clean and set of new filters later, it's like having a new hoover when we came to use her again.

Very pleased with the young chap who cleaned my carpet, he did a fabulous job and went beyond his duties and moved 2 heavy settees to clean underneath, he was quick and very efficient, very pleased  -  thank you very much, the carpet has never looked so good!
