Do not recommend to anyone. You have to wait at least 2 weeks for appointments. Some of the staff is rude and do not even try to help. Gp suggest that, “ you are overprotective “ when you complain about some health problems!

Nurses have been brilliant!! Some doctors are okay, others are definitely lacking in sympathy and seem to want to get you our quickly. Also the static radio is hugely irritating, would be better quiet.

I'd say its the worst run GP I've ever used. You call in for an appointment and best they can give you is in two weeks time, yet the place is always empty when you do go in! The staff care little for the reason you need the appointment their response is call back in morning, why even work in the NHS if you show lack of empathy for those in need of help and advice? In my opinion I think they need a better system and a complete change of staff. The people are as outdated as the systems they operate. I'm changing my GP, my advice would be to anyone else to do the same.

Wort doctors ever! Rang on 24th of feb for an urgent appointment soonest one they have is 8th of march total joke what do me and all my family pay taxs for. Mostly been taking over by forenigers anyway! Young receptionist is very helpful and lovely not the older member of staff very rude on the phone. She needs retraining to be honest. Propley gonna change doctors this one is getting worse by the day!!!

Called in at short notice twice with a complicated and difficult situation. The receptionists couldn't have been more helpful both times. Made urgent appointments for a different doctor to see the patient on each occasion and made him feel welcome as well as making further appointments to see him. Thank you.
