Reviews

The hospital displays " no vaping or smoking" and yet,to get into the hospital you pass through clouds of vape and smoke. Patients stood outside in dressing gowns with drips, smoking. A pharmacy that is so small, ran by Boots that is miniscule with a long wait and cleanliness.....not, couldn't wait to get out.

I needed to take my wife to A&E - the waiting time was worthwhile because the diagnosis and action plan put into place to address my wife’s complaint was extremely worthwhile - the genuine care shown by Dr Rebecca made us feel we were being looked after very well - My wife was quickly moved in neurosurgery, a biopsy done and now she is on her way to radiotherapy/Chemotherapy at Castlehill. The speedy actions of HRI may well have given us more years together.

AnE rubbish all because I wanted to move my appointment from Hull to Bridlington the receptionist was rude and said he couldn't do it

A&E nursing team did excellent.

Took son for 9am fracture clinic appointment,  still sat waiting to be seen at 11.30. Asked how long would be kept waiting  rude nurse said dunno. Said that's ok have appointment at 12 with matron of hospital and would add this comment to my already long complaint,  we were seen within seconds. Not sure if coincidence or what but wouldn't recommend hospital to anyone.
