Lovely people. Highly professional but still treating you as an individual rather than just a name or a number. I have been with the surgery over 30 years and my disability means I have had to call on their help numerous times over that period, and they have always been there. I think they are all fab and I wouldn't change surgeries if on paid me!!!

Reception staff are friendly and polite and are never rude, which is so rare. Friendly team overall.

Anyone who says this practice isnot ipto standards must have standards beyond possibilities.i cannot recommend anywhere with any higher standards.they go out of their way to help.if you mess up your ordering and re-prescriptios are not done then it is sorted out without too much fuss . Of course there are questions especially if you lose a prescription.i have witnessed an obvious drug user try to get another prescription.the reception tean and doctor seemed very fair in their actions towards that person.i have never had sny concern that would lead to a complaint about this excellently run practice .i have been with Dr Lewis since 2006.i cannot recommend a better more profesional doctor.o a scale of one to ten.i would score eleven.
