If I could give no stars I would. Turned up at 7.15 and was told that they weren't seeing any more patients. Receptionist seemed not to care and told us to ring 111 which we could have done without wasting time and money going to this place but 111 cannot give antibiotics or do anything at all. What is most infuriating is that the website for this place does not tell you there is a cut off time beyond which they will not see patients. This is not a walk-in service running from 8am to 8pm but one that closes its doors at 7pm. I like others who have suffered a similar reception will be making an official complaint. This is simply NOT good enough.

Absolutely brilliant service. Rang earlier and said we would be bringing our Son in as our doctors couldn't give us an appointment. Our Son was seen within 5 minutes of us arriving and the doctor was very helpful. The reception staff were also very helpful. Thank you so much.

Husband went with child (5) at 7pm after been refered by chemist to be greated by a snotty receptionist who said 'yea' instead of anything remotely welcoming and then snapped 'we have enough waiting' and that was it, not helpful or polite in the slightest when we was extremely worried about our poorly child. I'm so disgusted this was an hour before closing and my husband could see only four people waiting. Formal complaint will be made

Excellent service on Sunday December 31 2017. I had a longish wait, but the medical staff were extremely busy. This wonderful service saved me from days of pain and discomfort. Thank you for outstanding treatment.

Tried to see a doctor here FOUR AND A HALF HOURS BEFORE IT CLOSED and was told they weren't taking any more patients today as they were too busy. What's the point of a service like this? Its a waste of time and money.....a joke (and not a funny one either).
