Horibble no chance to call them .I'm just after labour and blood transfusion my midwife call them regarding antibiotics and iron tablets asap .all day long not done and don't even answer the phone. Absolutely rubbish .

Edit - following my experience with the GP surgery today (29.03.18) I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3. I woke up much very ill again with my current condition so I tried to surgery just in case before heading off to A & E as advised by the Health Care doctors. After just 5 times ringing the call was answered, a triumph from Mondays 77. The receptionist was understanding, patient and genuinely seemed concerned so managed to squeeze me an appointment in 2 hours from calling. I saw my usual doctor (Dr Lorenz) who was fantastic, understanding, concerned and really seemed to appreciate how worried I was. he has changed my medication from the antibiotics I was prescribed by the Health Centre doctor as he thinks the condition is different. I don't know if I just chose a better day to call or what, but today's whole experience was 100% better than Mondays, if not more. I have a follow up appointment in 7 days too, let's see if my rating can go up then too. I rang a total of 77 times on Monday 28th Match 2018 before finally speaking to someone late in the afternoon. I was told to go to the walk in health centre as there no appointments for over a week. Appalling.

Bad service .i am suffering from the Stomach ache . Doctors try to send people off rather than send them through to tge right examination facilities . They never answer the phone . Went there personally I was hoping to make an appointment .but the said they are going to phone me .They never phone me either till 2 pm ., so went again this time they said that next available time is end of the next week . What would you do if you were me ? I wish I could take them to court. I am a shopkeeper now I cannot work because of this .don't even bother to work ......

When you request your nhs number they should give you over the phone straight away not telling the pacient that he needs to come in

My 71 year old mother has been ill for four days, I’ve had tried to call to get through 33 times in one hour and just get an engaged tone. The receptionists are the worst I’ve ever come across, they have an opinion on everything (from my previous appointment) such a shame as the doctors and nurses are always friendly. Now I know where the meaning of “you just can’t get the staff these days” comes from.
