Didn’t have to interact with the receptionists but Dr L-Ruiz is fantastic, really professional and shows an interest in whatever you have to say but also very approachable and I’ve noticed this on numerous occasions

i asked for an emergency doctors appointment and they gave me one in a week !! I had to call 111 who made me call them again. Then the doctor I saw was absolutely awful. She didn't want to listen to me and she was rough. She physically made me cry because she didn't listen to how inflamed my ear was and she just poked things in. I am never going back and moving doctors !!!!!

The service is appalling, the receptionist are not very polite and not of great help. They are not approachable and it always seems like when asked a question their reply is always hurrily given, as though you are wasting their time. Some of the doctors are nice Dr Lorences in particular. The female Doctor on the other hand can be harsh and abrupt with her responses.

Staff are never helpful or willing to work and one of the doctors I wont name is very unapproachable. Never had a good experience with this surgery and cant wait to change to a different one. Once got turned away because they told me I had freshers flu, I ended up in hospital that night with chronic illness.

I think the doctors are lovely here as are the nurses. I think the receptionist are fine too, I have never had any issues with them, They are always polite. You may need to wait for an appointment but if it isn't an emergency then I don't think this is an issue.
