I have always been a fan of KFC franchise and it's my go to restaurant anywhere I go. I found a KFC restaurant in Chester located at 6 Sealand Road, Greyhound Retail Park, Chester CH1 4QG. The restaurant is open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day of the week. I like KFC because the taste is just yummy. If you want to check out their menu, you can visit their official website. Enjoy your meal!
Not many people were in there when we arrived, but we struggled to find a clean table. I asked for a cloth so I could wipe the table we had chosen. A reluctant young man then came to clean it. My son asked if he could clean under the table, and the reply was, " can't you sit on the one side?" I explained that there were other people arriving soon. After we had eaten our warm meal, I needed to go to the toilet. It was filthy!! My son also went to the gents, and that was disgusting also. He even took pictures and showed them to the staff. Considering there were quite a lot of staff, and the place was nearly empty, I suggest that there are two members of staff cleaning at all times. It was a shame because this KFC is in a convenient place for diners, but I wouldn't encourage anybody to dine there.
Absolutely outrageous. last time I ordered Kfc. £40 for oversalted bones
The staff didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting to order. So in the end I went to the s reens to order. The toilets were filthy.. and didn't flush.. all staff looked miserable. Not one of them smiled. I waited 32 mins for 2 burgers an 2 chips.. I don't think it was acceptable. The floor was greasy aswell. Wen the food eventually got to us it had been sat for that long the condensation had got round the box an my bun as wet!! Just not somewhere I will be returning.... wat a dissapointment

We took fries and 3 pieces of chicken with gravy.the gravy and the chicken was tasty but they did not let us sit inside as they were closed and we were only able to take out. I think they are off dine in after 10-11 pm So we took the food and ate right outside their store. They have a place to sit and eat.Food: 4/5
staff were rude, especially the cleaning staff. Items like drink and dip were missing which are paid. Woeful service. KFC was my favourite, not recommended any moreFood: 1/5
Excellent service and food. Shame the tables and floors weren’t the same. all tables very untidy and covered in sauce. I cleared my own table to sit at.Food: 5/5
Rude, ignorant staff. Ask about food allergies, get an info sheet thrust into your hand followed by "we can't say what's in anything" I wasn't expecting the secret recipe for goodness sake just if it contained milk. On top of it all, there were at least 6 staff behind the counter staring into space. Yet we sat on a table which was dirty. Go figure. Avoid at all costs Dietary restrictions: Unhelpful staff
