The worst KFC I have been to. We orginally planned to eat in until we went to find a table. Every table was filthy, the floors were covered in food. And the smell was so over powering it was vile. My son asked to use the toilet before we left to go eat our food in the car. That toilet looked like it hadn’t had a clean in days. When we eventually got back to the car and checked some of our order was missing and the popcorn chicken and chips were freezing baring in mind the car was parked right outside the restaurant
Yesterday I bought 20 hit wings. Just breading and bones.How can you put 20 such small ones in one bucket?Total waste of money. No respect.

Ordered in the shop. Which was completely chaotic. Poor communication amongst the staff. Who were clearly overwhelmed. Most of my order missing. Tried to call the shop to correct. Got no response. Absolutely will never return to the shop. Really disappointed.
I had a very uncomfortable experience at this KFC. The staff member who served me, Chloe, was extremely rude and arrogant from the moment I approached the counter. She gave me dirty looks, spoke to me in a dismissive tone, and made me feel judged and unwelcome as a customer.nnHer attitude alone made the experience unpleasant, but I was also left feeling uneasy about hygiene due to her presentation and behavior while handling food. I didn’t feel comfortable eating my meal afterward.nnI understand everyone can have bad days, but customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected. Customer service and hygiene standards really need to be addressed here.
