What can I say, it's a Premier Inn. For the money, you'll be very unlikely to complain. Good sound proofing for rooms. Which is important if you want a decent night's sleep, we've probably all stayed in places where nextdoors bathroom fan is droning for half the night. Good breakfasts. Pleasant staff.

Majority of the staff were great but there was 1 team member who was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Can’t understand why she was this way but there was no cause for it. Otherwise the property is a great location, it’s quite new so everything looks smart. Restaurant is a bit weird as you feel like you are in reception but food was nice and did make it very convenient.

An okay stay, but these hotels are not as good these days. The breakfast variety has been reduced, no flap jacks. There was a shortage of options available i.e muffins and fruit running out. The room was not as clean as in previous stays, dirty toilet and room. Toilet paper run out and no soap or shower gel. Room looking a bit tatty, badly painted walls. Premier inn is still a top choice, but the direction of travel is not good. We would consider alternatives in the future as these guys are offering no more than the competition. The staff were very friendly, this helps.

What a lovely place to be. Far from home, but at home. Welcoming, friendly caring staff. Lovely food. Very comfortable room. If there was a ten star options I would have used it.

We've stayed in a few Premier Inns and I've always slept badly due to either noise outside or noise from other visitors. This time was different. We didn't hear a peep from outside the hotel or from inside during the night. We stayed as a family and there was plenty of room although we did have to ask for more pillows which were brought up to the room after half an hour or so. The breakfast was good as always and there was plenty to go around eventhough we came down quite late. I would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be staying here again.
