The manager John is brilliant I at the 11th hour phoned up and asked someone to pump up my wheelbarrow tyres and within the hour John came round to my house and pumped them back to life ... although he was the one who let them down in the first place!

Put my car in yesterday to get a minor advisory done from the MOT, took them all day then I get my car back with a loud knocking noise from the near side front wheel, size 12 oily footprint on the carpet. Returned this morning, despite the advertised opening time of 10am to find it closed, on asking the assistant in the adjoining store when they open I was told they very much do as they wish. This is my second bad experience with this so called service centre and believe me will be the last, I would question the skill set employed here.

All the staff on the cycle section are very helpful and knowledgeable. Always ready to answer my many queries.
