It was for the first time for me to experience the afternoon tea in this hotel and interior of the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. I had great time with friends with great tea with some sweets!!
Great options for casual dining, drinks at the vast bar or afternoon tea in The Orangery. Awesome, up-scale service. Beautiful interiors. Love the whole place.
The best. That's it. Just the best. Superb food and the best team in London who turn even a coffee into an event. Always so friendly, efficient and welcoming. You've kept me sane in 2020.
A wonderful stay & afternoon tea. The hotel team were happy to oblige with all requests and we loved the room service menu. TV in the bath is absolute luxury!
Super tasty food. The puy lentils with the chicken were amazing!! Our hostess was friendly and attentive with a touch of humour and the cocktails were strong enough to knock out an elephant . Highly recommended but don't forget your wallet
Went for afternoon tea for my birthday. Service was excellent from the whole team – really impressed. Food looked and tasted great. And it's a lovely space too. Highly recommend and will be going again.
Great staff, nothing is too much trouble. Only drank on this occasion, Great range of their own cocktails but classics, we had margaritas, done perfectly. A favourite in the West end.
Went there for the afternoon tea and loved it. The place is gorgeous,the food was delicious, and the staff is very attentive. Another plus it that their tea service is significantly cheaper compared to other places around town. I only wish they had a larger selection of herbal teas.
I always come here for a quiet drink ag the end of a long work week, and the service is just incredible. Always very personable and not just transactional. Big shout out to Ross D who looked after tonight. Very personable experience.
