Nice and cozy place. I wasn’t amazed by the Full English Breakfast but the Mac and Cheese were really good. I have to add the Toffee Pudding was superb. Our waiter was really helpful, joyful and polite.

It's been a long time since I've visited this particular restaurant and I'm pleased to say that nothing's changed. You still receive a warm welcome and a great choice of well cooked British favourites. Always check out the daily specials as more often than not there's something memorable to be found.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my parents who visited this restaurant several days ago. It was their first meal in London after a 6 hour hiatus in the airport and on the highway. So they were really tired and hungry and just wanted some food without much expectations. It was disappointing. The service was slow, after about 10 minutes or so of waiting, they waved down someone to get them water and to take their order. It wasn’t peak hour around 8pm or later. They wanted to sit inside where there were empty seats but they were told no, and were told to sit at the bar area. They ordered a fish and chip to share, alone with some mussels and a burger. The fried fish was soggy and my parents said they’ve had better fish and chips in Bermuda and in other parts of London where they have previously visited twice. My parents did not raise any complaints to the server or manager as they didn’t want to create a scene, however I feel the need to reflect their experience here. They were not sure if the bad service was due to their ethnicity. I was disappointed because I googled this restaurant and recommended it to them due to the overall positive reviews. But their experience reflected otherwise.

English cuisine. Very good food. Open kitchen. Nice interiors. Long bar at the entrance to grab a beer or two.

We spent a lovely afternoon two days ago with our friends celebrating our 25 th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious, service very slick and the private room upstairs charming.

Cocktails, food and service are excellent, thanks to the team for such amazing night!

We were the first people in there but the service was fast and friendly, food and beverages were delicious and nicely presented

Wonderful food amd service. Mushroom pie. Fish and  chips. Burger. Pancakes. Excellent not your usual english fare.

Excellent place..  Our bartender Jordan was absolutely awesome..  Great friendly guy that made the best drinks I ever had... Long hot summer is a must try drink that you'll absolutely love..
