We have looked for a long time now for a dining table to go with our antique furniture.We chose your round mahogany pedestal table. What a good choice we made, the table was beyond our expectations the quality and workmanship is superb and fits in perfectly with our antique furniture, we are absolutely thrilled with the quality and finish. Morley Leeds store may well look like they have good quality furniture but be aware that the genuine interest in their customers stops once goods are purchased Good old fashioned customer service is none excistant in this store Our recent experience with purchasing several products,mainly a bedroom suite which had bits missing which were with the set when purchased Lost between payment made and delivery! Cornices took a total of 6 month to arrive followed by the lights for the set another 3 month later We also purchased a lovely looking gentleman chair which arrived 6 weeks after the expected time of arrival and was well over a inch lopsided!?! A distinct lack of customer service by both Nicki and Tony within the store We believe they thought that we would simply just go away and only looked at resolving the issues once they realised we weren't going anywhere They chose to blame the manufacturers and still do We were promised phone call updates and emails as proof that they had made contact with with the manufacturers but these were also not sent onto is They take no blame for themselves So customers think twice before you decide to purchase from this store Maybe worth thinking if you are prepared to wait well beyond the expected time of arrival Are you willing to accept poor customer service? We certainly won't again Oh and be prepared to be blocked on social media by this store once you dare log a complaint,unfortunately for them,there are still many places to leave reviews that they haven't thought of

Fabulous service from the staff in helping my brother-in-law get his new double bed. Loads of colours and choices, they were really quick in delivering it and even built it up and took the old one away.

1. Owners wife had a nervous breakdown in the shop over IT system.Other Staff member looks embarrassed but does best to resolve matters. Alarm bells should have rung then but we returned later and ordered after she (the one having the meltdown) had left for the day, presumbly went for a lay down in a dark room. 2. Bed arrives as planned. Great we thought. 3. Wrong size heardboard. No big deal these things happen, driver confirms correct one will be delivered Monday morning first thing. 4. Wife waits in, no delivery. Wife calls shop, oh sorry we were supposed to call you. It isn't in stock, we will call you again tomorrow. 5. Wife now late for work and had to get taxi as missed bus. 6. No phone call. 7. I call, papers rustled (Teething troubles with IT system?) offered call back with update. 8. No phone call. 9. I call back: sorry just come off the phone to the warehouse (what a coincidence) we can deliver Friday. 10. Friday arrives, headboard delivered 2 weeks after the rest of the bed!
