I bought two mattresses and two sofas from here a year ago and pleased to say they are all still in excellent condition. My mum says the sofa is better quality than her own which cost more from DFS. The customer service is good and set everything up on delivery.

Not bad prices bought chest of draws with matching bed side cabinets very happy with them good sales staff plenty of parking was offered tea or coffee nice touch plenty of stock well worth a visit

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Really friendly service in the store. Lots of people saying the sales staff were pushy and didn't have good customer service skills. Personally I didn't find this to be the case - yes he got a little pushy when it looked like we were going to leave without buying something we'd been contemplating for 40 minutes, but actually, this just helped us to negotiate a better deal. Complaining about someone trying to sell you something when that's their job is somewhat unreasonable!! As for the delivery guys, again, they were superb. If I remember correctly (I'm a bit slow in posting this) one was the owner's son. Both were really friendly and did everything they could to protect the new carpet while they worked. Really can't complain.

I've just been totally ripped off by these guys. Went in to pick up my mattress but because I wanted it today he said I could take a different one that was £30 cheaper and it could be delivered today. Just googled the mattress I paid £900 for and it's £200 in all other retailers!!! I'm now going to put a complaint in wit trading standards. Please don't use this shop they are absolute con men!!
