Bought a table and 6 chairs from OFL along with the additional warranty which meant it came with a tin of wax, the table arrived and the table top hadn't been bolted to the frame of the table properly, one half of the extending top came off when un-packaging it because the screws had been put in without washers. The delivery driver also decided to ignore the 'lift this way up' instructions on the box and throw it on his shoulder to bring it into our home. We were told that they wouldn't be able to get another table to us until after Christmas, when we'd booked primarily to have it in time for Christmas, after many phone calls and plenty of kicking off they managed to get us one sent before Christmas, on the false premise that I had to cook Christmas dinner for my family. It's this haste of getting out a replacement table that is the reason they have two stars, otherwise it'd have only been one. I then complained that I hadn't received my tin of wax, which was part of the additional warranty, sent OFL Customer Services an email explaining this and that I want it sending or that they refund me. I had to call them to sort it out, they sent it to my house which meant I had to go and collect it from the other side of town. But at least this whole endeavour is behind me and for what it's worth it's a decent bit of kit. Maybe they could just do with working on their manufacturers quality checking and their couriers attitude for other people's orders. The only advice I have for anyone, should they decide to make a purchase is that to always sign the documents, upon delivery of the goods as 'unchecked'.

I visited your crown point store on Saturday for the 1st time with my 7 year old nephew, the staff were all huddled together at the right of the store around 5 males have a laugh and a joke and SWEARING the F word was used very loud and clear and my nephew asked ‘’ why are those men swearing ‘’ I refused any help from them and upon leaving they walked to the front of the store and smiled and said thankyou, I immediately went straight back in and asked for a manager the response I got was ‘’ it’s him ‘’ who is him when 3 of them are stood there so I asked again and again ‘’ it’s him ‘’ I then said which one the manager stood there red in the face and didn’t answer not once when I told him this was appalling! One other guy said ‘’ I didn’t swear ‘’ my response was I didn’t care who it was they did it in work in the middle of the store and children around! The other said ‘’ sorry if you think we swore’’ again I said I know exactly what I heard and you know what you said and it’s not acceptable and I walked out! I am buying a new house in 4 week and need to fully furnish it and can assure you I will not be going back there!

Furniture is nice quality But alot is lacking on service with this company in my opinion, partially with one member of the sales team who can be very " off" with you when you complain about a problem. We have furnished two rooms from them and have had to complain both times. The first they sent me differebt chairs than was shown with the table on the website. I had eventually had to go through the manager to get this resolved. The delivery driver was very rude to us also, which ended in me having to complain to the company they use for deliveries. Finally, i have just ordered a blanket box to go with the suite i already have from them. After hearing nothing from them regarding delivery, i have just been told it sill be in about 10wks as it has to be shipped from abroad!!! I could go on and on, needless to say, this will be my last purchase with this company.

I can only agree with previous comments. We went in today. A large group of arrogant salesmen. Ignored us and seemed more keen on the banter between themselves.
