The delivery person never call and no text, but now Nisbet said it was failed to deliver, re charge me £60 to resend the parcel otherwise hold on the order, or deduct 20% to refund the order. I Never received any text any call and I was staying at shop and the door was unlocked. Why you tell a lie and try to double charge the customer. Poor company
Nisbets in Leeds. Been Buying From Here for a Long Time Now for My Three Businesses. Before Nisbets Opened Here, I Used to Buy Online From Them and Never Had a Major Problem. Had Some Minor Issues Every Now and Then But I've Always Been Dealt in a Nice Manner. This Particular Store Here is Very Very Useful Especially When You Need Stuff On The Last Minute, Just Pop In and Most Of The Times Whatever I Wanted I Always Found. Staff is Always Helpful and Polite, Always Ask You If Any Help is Needed. Aaron Who I Mostly Deal With Has Always Been Very Respectful and Polite. Always Goes Above and Beyond to Sort Things Out. So Many Times I've Had In-storeNext Day Delivery and Got It No Problems At All. Prices are Slightly Expensive As Compared To But Since I Said If I've Ever Had Issues I've Always Been Dealt With and Understood Accordingly So Can't Really Complain About Prices If You Get Satisfaction. Only Issue I Have is When The Store is Closed on Sundays, Could've Been Useful If It Was Open. Highly Recommend This Place
This store was always open Saturdays. Now the shutters are down! I guess the catering industry doesn't work weekends? The Leeds store's service is tosh -work shy and lazy.
Absolutely shocking service.... have bought 2 fridges now or should I say tried Ordered the first fridge confirmed over the telephone it was in stock and would be delivered to site by 10/09, within 2 hours get an order update which said it wouldn't be available until Mid-October. Cancelled order and ordered a more expensive fridge again confirmed it was in stock and would be delivered to site 10/09... 2 weeks I have been getting the run around to finally be told today the fridge is out of stock and won't be available until end of Novemeber. The girl on the phone was every apologetic that we hadn't had any update or anything but nothing they could do which has left us in a really tough position. Nisbets are RUBBISH ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Product good. Staff maths are a little rubbish Charged me extra £10 and denied it with receipt in front of them
Wouldn't dare shop here. Full of damp, mould and a hole in the ceiling. Should be shut down and investigated by environmental health.
Good catering items and reasonable prices
I ordered something on 03/08. On the advance note right next to their logo it says next day catering equipment. Today, 6 days after ordering and paying, I rang them. I was told they don't know why it wasn't dispatched but that someone will ring back later today. Guess what, no one rang.
Incredibly helpful and friendly staff and great products! I frequent the store as a home cook and find pretty much everything I could need here. Have bought many kitchen knives, and the selection is pretty good. Global, F. Dick, Victornox, and others. I wish they carried more Japanese knives but I guess their average customer is a restaurant, so they go with what sells. Also very happy with a wooden cutting board I picked up several months ago. Wasn't cheap but worth every penny. Also really pleased with their cream whipper. Anyone looking to invest in knives or other kitchenware should skip John Lewis and give this place a look.
