Today I was shopping for a new mattress, I tried the shop next door to Dreams and felt as if I was getting nowhere and overwhelmed with all the mattresses and was about to buy a random one from them as they said it’s only me that can decide. I decided to pop next door first, I was greeted by Andy who asked me for my budget, and took me to the ‘Sleep Match’ machine which he explained would map by body and recomenned the best mattress for me! Once we had our results, Andy took me over to each mattress more than once and was extremely patient with me whilst helping me pick the right one for me ensuring that I would be most comfortable! Eventually I picked THE ONE, and even though it was £600 more than my initial budget I was happy to pay this, because I gained so much trust and information from my shopping experience! I then spoke with Chris, who took the time to go through everything from the Guarantee to offering an affordable payment plan if necessary. Incredible customer service, very welcoming and friendly and made me feel so comfortable throughout this personal experience.
Disappointing... Went to buy a mattress and the buying process was fine until the agent "forgot" to dispense the free mattress protector that came with the protection. I called up the store when I discovered that isn't coming and they seemed very reluctant to send that replacement. They insisted that I come back to the store to get it. I had to phone up head office to get sent it out with no charge... They were really unsympathetic over the phone which is the disappointment

I popped into the Dreams store at Crown Point to look at a mattress we were contemplating buying online as there was 60% off which ended that evening. The sales assistant in store was really rude and was clearly unhappy that I wanted to purchase online rather than in store. I explained my partner would be purchasing the mattress and he wasn't with me, but this just seemed to annoy her even more. She told me that they advise everyone to buy in store because it keeps stores open. She interrupted me asking which mattress it was, pointed me in the direction and walked off. I'm actually glad I did buy online now as I wouldn't want this rude woman to get any kind of commission from our purchase. I appreciate that buying in store keeps stores open, however sales staff need to appreciate that not everyone can/ wants to buy in store and rude staff like that certainly put me off having to deal with sales staff. I rarely leave reviews for things like this but it just wasn't a nice experience!
Not a bad shopping experience. Friendly staff and attentive customer service. Perhaps a little pricey but the buy now pay later option makes it easier on the pocket.
My wife and I just moved into a new house, and, as we were expecting, thought we'd treat ourselves to a new bed so that the little sleep we got when baby arrived would at least be of some quality. In September we visited the Dreams store in Leeds and found a bed we really liked. The advisor Andy told us there would be a 6 week lead time, but said it'd likely arrive much earlier. 2 months later and the bed still hadn't arrived, so we rang customer services to find out when it would be delivered. They confirmed they could now deliver the bed, we just needed to book a delivery slot, and they asked us if we'd like it delivered before Christmas. I'd have preferred it to be delivered weeks before my partner was growing increasingly pregnant, but agreed to wait another 3 weeks. Skip forward 3 weeks and they ring me the day before the delivery date which I had taken off work to say they couldn't deliver it due to issues at the port. Begrudgingly, we booked in a slot for the same time next week... Then, on the morning of the second delivery date, we received a very vague email from a supplier of Dreams saying the delivery was cancelled. We rang our trusty Leeds where we bought it from initially. They were struggling to navigate their own system, so told us to ring the customer service line as they were incapable of providing a delivery time. We asked if they could possibly do that for us, they said that the customer service department the one they were asking us to call never get back to them... After a long wait on hold to customer services, we were told that they'd look into the issue and confirm a new delivery date, and offered to waive the installation fee... We're now in January, one week away from the baby arriving, and we are still actively chasing Dreams for an update on our order. What's maddening is that we still have absolutely no idea when it will arrive, despite being out of pocket for 4 months. NEVER before have I dealt with such atrocious service. I have spent hours of my time trying to sort this for my family, and it has been an absolute living nightmare in a time where we need to limit our stress. Please do yourself a huge solid and avoid Dreams and the nightmare of dealing with them at all costs.

Poor customer service. They took over a month to refund me and still did it partially. I tried to call a number of times unsuccessfully. Even customer service on their site is not beneficial at all . And all started from a mistake of Mrs/Miss Westgarth. UPDATE: thank you for the response. I have already emailed you UPDATE 2 THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED TO THE RESPONSE THEY REQUESTED SEE REPLY FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS NOW. I THINK THEY JUST HAVE A DEFAULT PHRASE TO RESPONSE AND DON'T REALLY PAY ATTENTION ON THE CUSTOMERS
Great staff. Got a bargain with some discount on extra stuff. Sleep match machine is useful. I wish their were a few more soft mattresses to try and a few cheaper ones. One particular mattress available online wasn’t there but overall the shopping experience was great.
Great experience at the store, Darren guided us through a great variety of mattresses according to our budget and preferences. Very happy with the experience and currently awaiting the arrival of our new mattress less than a week to get it delivered home 5 star service
