Visited today and we were blown away. There were so many beds to choose from and lots of mattresses to lay on! Coupled with the outstanding customer service I highly recommend purchasing a bed from here. I can honestly say I have never come across people who are so welcoming, friendly and caring. My daughter explained what she was looking for and they’ve managed to help her choose her dream bed. The design, colour and material are all exactly what she wanted and the quality of the beds is outstanding! We trawled around a lot of bed shops today and wished we’d looked here first to save ourselves the trouble. I can honestly say that I’ve never had a better purchasing experience!

Just had stunning wardrobes and bedside cabinets from bedside manor With thanks to the professional staff in the shop and to the three guys who fitted the wardrobes. They were here at the time arranged and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. We would recommend anyone to shop with this excellent company.
I went in for pillow advice as I have spent quite a bit over the years on pillows and always never quite got the right one, memory foam I have never got on with. Lynne was friendly and welcoming, after a long discussion about pillow types she allowed me to trial a pillow for one night! Great customer service , I ended up getting a pair of the latex ones, honestly the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on.

The showroom is so well stocked with just about every mattress you could think of, the choice is amazing. What is better though is the fantastic customer service - we bought a mattress which quite quickly developed an unexpected fault, Lynne could not have been more helpful in putting this right and went well above and beyond the call to do so! We are delighted with our mattress and would not hesitate to shop here again.
The BEST place to shop for a mattress! A vast range to choose from, knowledgeable, friendly and professional service. The sales person really went the extra mile to ensure we had the best mattress to meet our needs, he also gave us plenty of space and time to try out the mattresses and make our decision without being overlooked. There was no sense that he was trying to sell us the more expensive items either. Such a brilliant shopping experience - Thankyou!
We have just purchased our third bed with a new mattress from bedside manor, and we continue to be very impressed with the friendly and professional service. The choice of beds, mattresses and wardrobes / furniture is great, all fantastic quality for an affordable price. I cannot recommend this place enough. A huge thanks to Lynn who has been absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process for us, particularly with having to push back the delivery date a couple of times due to our delayed house move. The delivery guys are also absolutely wonderful. Thank you to you all and we will be back again soon for our next purchase. xx
This place is an absolute gem. We were searching for bed covers, pillows and bolster and they don't have many selection here. A very courteous sales guy told us to check these items at Dunelm instead. Thank you so much for the awesome suggestion. A truly unforgettable experience!
