Have been with this practice since I was born and yes it's difficult to get appointments for certain drs but I have always been treated and cared for well

Absolutely disgusting service! Me and my family was to be new patients at this surgery. The receptionist lied, she put the phone down twice and spoke over me, she has no patience at all, how does this resolve the problem by putting the phone down on a patient! Really rude and bad attitude! No listening skills at all! trying to prove she is right! Wasted our time! They expect you should know everything, and you should know attitude! I would not reccommend this surgery, after reading the NHS reviews it seems the receptionist is the main problem! they say one thing to the patient and another staff member says something eles! They do not know themselves what information to give out, and blame patients for being wrong! Ridiculous.

I have been a patient at this practice for many many years now and i can safely say it has never let me down.Every doctor, every nurse and all the staff in the treatment room are top notch.No matter what the problem with myself was always resolved and i felt like they all were genuinely nice people.keep up the good work many thanks from a very happy patient.
