Bought the Macan Turbo whilst on holiday in Greece we negotiated a price on our x5 trade in and when back in the UK drove down to Brooklands Porsche to look at the car and on inspection by the garage of our x5 brought the Macan Turbo to the front of the showroom and the car was presented as described by Dan the sales Executive. The handover went flawlessly and did the paperwork for the retention for the plates and in a couple of hours was back on the way home to Lancashire. All in all thaks to Dan who has been great and would not hesitate buying another car from Brooklands Porsche .
The brilliant team at Porsche Brooklands have done it again. Always a pleasure to meet such a great team of people and benefit from their highly effective expertise, not just in service but this time for selling my beloved. Thank you and look forward to seeing you again soon.
Purchased a Macan GTS from this company. The service before, during and after has been exemplary. I would like to mention Dan especially as he was brilliant. I have dealt with other Porsche dealerships previously when purchasing my cars and the experience I had in Brooklands stands out.
As a newcomer to this service centre just got off the phone to Ben in service, what a brilliant approach to customer service. So impressed with the way he handled my questions and they way he was so professional. Ben great work keep up the exceptional attitude and work ethic.
It was an absolute pleasure to collect Macan S from Porsche Centre Brooklands .I would go as far as saying the best interaction with a Porsche Centre and even other manufactures over the years. Dan and the team were excellent and made it a joy to collect the car.
Sold my Cayenne and also bought a Macan from Dan and Rob! Great experience and I have bought cars from many other places, and this was the best I’ve had by far. Appreciate the great service and also just the ease to deal.
Booked car in for oil change service. Easy process. However, disappointed that car was not washed at end of service. Every car by any other car manufacturer I’ve ever had washes car as standard. Not sure why Porsche can’t meet basic service levels such as this
Traded in my Porsche Cayenne for a Cayenne S with a super high spec and have nothing but praise for the guys at Porsche Brooklands. Aaron Spring, the sales manager, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly—delivering excellent customer service; making the whole process smooth and exceptionally easy. In fact the other team members and receptionists were all very welcoming. As a newbie Porsche buyer, I found them really helpful and I would definitely recommend their service. As they make you feel valued and seem to care about building long term relationships with you, not just sales.
I’ve been a loyal customer of the Porsche brand since 2005 and my recent purchase experience with Porsche Brooklands was definitely the smoothest, simplest and most enjoyable yet. I particularly liked the pragmatic, can do attitude, where nothing was ever a problem. I also appreciated the sales ethos, which was non pressured, non pushy and extremely fair. More than anything, I appreciated the time taken to get to know me on a personal level and understand my specific needs and requirements. Genuinely, an absolute pleasure doing business with Rob Newton and the Brooklands team. Highly recommend.
After a disappointing experience with my local OPC I thought I would give Brooklands a go. Glad I did as the service received was exceptional!! Ben Yarrow service manager kept me informed at all times and responded quickly to queries. Definitely the benchmark for Porsche customer service - pleased with the service and would definitely recommend 10/10!!
