Wanting to buy a Bentayga, we were “dealing” with Maria, upon arrival the car was sold, Maria said she tried to contact us, I had my doubts but did not say anything at the time, we had a look in a couple of cars which was fine. Maria then said she would call me in a week to arrange a 24 hour hire of a Bentayga.... there was no call. I phoned again today and a message was left, again no call back. You really would think that a name like HR Owen would have better customer service, this could have been such an easy sale too.... baffled.

We are a car bodyshop in high Wycombe and found these guys simply by google . Had a difficult situation with a set of Bentley alloy wheels that had been fitted to a Vw . This is the kind of job no one wants to get involved with however I called Andy in the spare parts department. He took 20 mins to track down the exact parts I needed , complete gentleman ( I would of ran out of patience) and had them delivered to our premises in 48 hrs . Outstanding customer service highly recommend these guys . Thanks Again Andy 👍🏽

Warning I have had the worst customer service ever over the past 30 months Oct 2016 took delivery of my first G2 V8 S which soon after it was discovered to have a very serious electrical fault that let me down three times the last one ended up involving the police as the whole cars electrical system totally failed. Mean while i was presented with a loan car that obviously came out of a compound some where and had not been checked as it had a flat Tyre and was given to me this way and with no fuel. That car was then exchanged, this is now some three weeks later for an alternative car which then had a front seat switch pack fault which totally drained the battery and i spent the whole of Christmas Day 2016 nursing an alarm on the car that kept going off. Boxing Day i was car less as no hire car or loan car could be provided whilst the nice AA man took a further Bentley away due to un checked and detected faults occurred, i then was given a further Bentley that was delivered to me that obviously had previous wheel damage and the front Tyre could not maintain its pressure. l finally i found a replacement for my first car that went wrong, i was told they could not find one, funny how I searched on line and found a car with in there own group immediately, this car ended up replacing my first with and extra £15k from my side. Took delivery of the above V8s in black 65 plate for which i was assured had been checked and in fact had a replacement fuel tank the day before i collected it but on delivery the boot lid would not close correctly, so again it was investigated but until the day i sold it i had to keep greasing the mechanism and was told it’s normal, bit like the rattles from the rear shocks which i was also told is normal. Feb 2018 I finally bought a GTC V8 S else where, this too developed a boot lid issue followed by reversing camera fault, neck heater rattle, wind and rain leaking passenger window and one or two other faults. I also asked Bentley surrey to take a look so the car was collected and an investigation went live, two days later i took a call and email from the service guys to inform me that the works needed i would have to pay for or take it back where i bought it from, this came as a total shock to me as what if i bought that car from Scotland and i live in Surrey does this mean it would have to go back to Scotland every time. I then contacted the suppling dealer who gladly took the car from surrey to there own work shop and conducted there own investigation. From this point and including the above i decided enough was enough that the Bentley brand and its products and support considering its a premium brand really is not good enough so i then took issue up not only with the dealer but the factory as well. Thankfully the suppling dealer offered me a fair price but this meant i loose £10,000 for which i am having to write off, this morning i took a call from a Mr Mike Gibson who is some customer manager from Bentley UK, well i have to say Mr Gibson i have no idea how or why you have that job as i have never witnessed a representative put them selves in to an open fire as you have today. No wonder i used a few choice words and hung up. So in short what I am clearly expressing here is HR Owen and Bentley motors are only interested in one aspect, selling cars, selling cars that are not fit for purpose or are not throughly checked and tested. If your thinking of owning or purchasing a Bentley you may well want to think again as i have enough evidence with emails to back me up that neither the cars nor the factory really care and this I found really really sad as before all this i was dead keen on the brand This i have written as a genuine customer who has had no choice other than to reside that no one cares enough with in the brand to see any issues let alone change the way it is. Alan Coleman who is the dealer princeable has a major part also to play in my dissatisfaction and he along with Gibson should be held accountable on all levels Wrote on the 1st May 2018 Tony Smith

Great Bentley dealer! Kind and motivated sales person. As international clients we are looking for the best service avalible. We have not the time to deal with problems and excuses in the luxury car world. Here the sales people understand international clients. Nothing is too much trouble. Outstanding!
