Really friendly staff. Clean, tidy, modern, spacious room. Fresh bedding and good size TV. Really good buffet breakfast with quality sausages, bacon and mushrooms and good selection of cereals. And an on site bar for a cheeky one before going out. Shopping centre and the docks are a very short walk away. Will definitely be returning.

Despite lots of refurbishment across the chain, they still don't quite reach the mark of the "other" popular chain of motels and hotels. Like many of these places, it was convenient as a place to crash, and within walking distance of the places we wanted to visit. The price for a family of 4 was very reasonable, but everything in the room felt a bit low-budget compared to similar places we've stayed in. Otherwise, it was quiet for a city centre hotel, and the beds were comfortable. That's all we really needed at the time.

Excellent location ,rooms small and basic. Opposite to block of flats with people staring in your room,ask for front facing room. Cramped car park always full as only a few spaces. Came back at 10.15pm and couldn’t get in as locked up. Great if you get this cheap.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy and it's 100 yards to the west quay shopping centre and also the bus link couldn't be any closer with buses stops on your doorstep. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a cheap reliable and relaxing place to sleep with shops close by for retail therapy.

Nice clean hotel, spacious room. with friendly staff. Ideal location as near to centre of town.
