I had a very pleasant stay at Leonardo Hotel Bradford for 16 days, The hotel was comfortable, and the room was always very clean, including the washroom and all the facilities.nnThe receptionists and the manager were extremely kind and helpful. They kindly helped arrange a taxi for me because I didn’t yet have a UK bank account or any taxi apps, which I really appreciated.nnSince it was a long stay, I experienced their service well, and the staff and room service were always friendly and supportive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bradford.
Need to have all reception staff on the same policies, as what one advised would be okay was not authorised by another, causing issues for my partner when he arrived later whilst I was out at a crucial appointment I was attending. Otherwise lovely hotel in prime city centre location. Well sized rooms and good facilities, perfect for a city stay!
We had a really enjoyable stay at the Leonardo Hotel and would happily return. Our request for interconnecting rooms was fulfilled, which made a big difference for our family and was very much appreciated.nnThe location is excellent, right in the city centre, making it easy to get around and explore. The room itself was comfortable, with a cosy bed and a clean, well maintained bathroom. Overall, everything felt good value for money.nnThe only small downside was that the carpets could have been a bit cleaner, but it didn’t take away too much from an otherwise pleasant stay.nnOverall, a great option for families looking for a comfortable, conveniently located, and reasonably priced hotel.
For a 4 star this place is a major disappointment, the beds move constantly which is a nightmare when your turning, the cost of food is extortionate even for a hotel and was overcooked and shockingly bad. The breakfast options are crazy, it's more suited for a 2 star hotel, extremely limited, broken juice dispensers. We had a late check out booked and paid yet still received a rude call to the room demanding why we have not left yet. Couple of staff members were helpful and nice but the rest were just grumpy. This is not an experience you expect at 4 star.
Awful place, 5 times we asked about the travel cot that was meant to be in the room, 1st time we understood people forget, 2nd time they said they would bring it up, half an hour later nothing, went down again 3 times and nothing was done. I had no sleep as I don’t co-sleep my child is 1, so I did not sleep due to my anxiety. This cot was requested prior to arrival when booking made. When contacted the property after leaving which was early in the morning due to not wanting to be there they didn’t want to do anything or take accountability it was booking.com who apologised on their behalf. Shocking behaviour not even a sorry.
