Breakfast was too busy - the space and layout of where the food was meant there was a lot of bumping into each other and awkwardness. The coffee was awful - it tasted like off milk.nnThe hotel was very warm in communal areas such as bar, restaurant. It was difficult to get fresh air in the room due to the sliding perspex box in front of the window. My keycard was not working and I had to get this replaced three times and the door from reception to the lifts was broken. Several times this led to extensive queues to simply get through the door into a lift.nnThe bathroom was extremely dated and uninviting.
I enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Bradford. My room was clean and very comfortable with controllable air conditioning.nThe buffet breakfast was very good with both cooked and cold selection including cereal, toast and a good coffee machine .
Great hotel with lovely staff, they were extremely accommodating and available 24/7 to provide us with assistance. Rooms were nice and clean, great location - shopping centre and great food places are easily accessible. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bradford.
The hotel is very central and just a couple of minutes away from the Town Hall and a nice pedestrian area. I had a corner room 416 which was bright and spacious. My only comment is that there needs to be a bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning, as i saw areas that were covered in a think layer of dust that has clearly not been wiped in a while
A great hotel, room and staff and my first choice when staying in Bradford. The public car park behind made parking easy with a short walk to the hotel. The restaurant food was good but the menu could be improved with further options and the breakfast menu could include fruit. A 10 minute walk to the bar and restaurant area in central Bradford.
