Need to have all reception staff on the same policies, as what one advised would be okay was not authorised by another, causing issues for my partner when he arrived later whilst I was out at a crucial appointment I was attending. Otherwise lovely hotel in prime city centre location. Well sized rooms and good facilities, perfect for a city stay!
The rooms were excellent and clean. Air con a bonus given the hot weather. Staff were particularly efficient especially on reception. The only issue i experienced was the temperature of the foot, it was just tepid from the start. The quality of the ingredients was good. However i appreciate with a buffet style breakfast it is difficult to keep food warm. It didnt spoil my stay in any way.
Hotel ReviewnnI will never book this hotel again. We had booked four rooms and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience, particularly with the manager and trainee.nnThe rooms were dark, dated and dowdy, and the entire hotel felt run-down and far below the standard expected of a 4-star property. The atmosphere felt more like a gentleman’s club than a luxury hotel, and in my opinion, the hotel is seriously overrated.nnWhat made the experience even worse was our interaction with the manager. Instead of listening to our concerns and trying to resolve the situation professionally, she accused us of simply wanting free things. This was extremely insulting and completely unacceptable, especially considering that we had paid for four rooms and were raising genuine concerns about our stay.nnThe way we were treated left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Good customer service should involve listening to guests and addressing their concerns, not making accusations or dismissing them.nnOverall, this was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel. We certainly will not be returning.
Booked this after reading mixed reviews and so glad I did. Superior Room on 7th floor was excellent with great views and was clean and in good order throughout. Air conditioning was spot-on. Great hotel, handy for the theatre, good breakfast and decent price. All good, would recommend and use again.
What a great hotel, I had a lovely time. Suleyman. Eizza and Um welcomed us and just made everything easy. I didn't get the name of the reception person that answered my call but she dealt with my query effeciantly. I can definitely recommend and hope to return soon. Thanks.
