Despite the cheep price, you still do not get what you pay for here. On first glance of the room and shared area, it looks basic and fine. But once settled, I realised the toilet was filthy, almost to the point where I avoided using it. The room had not been cleaned, and there was nail clippings all over the floor - I didn't take my shoes off when walking around. Breakfast was very basic - I didn't have anything. On my second night there, I could not sleep, as there were cars constantly pulling up outside, people running in and out of the building slamming doors, shouting and what sounded like someone doing DIY. I didn't fall asleep till 2am! To top this off, there was no hot water for a shower the next day either. I was glad to be leaving. The only perks - close to the university and staff members was nice. I would spend a little bit more and go somewhere decent.

Very reasonableness priced, staff I met were excellent but it is very basic accommodation. However it was clean and the bed was tidy. The street was a little creepy to walk down late at night.
