Stayed here last night. Arrived around 7pm after a 4 and a half hour drive and the lady on the front desk was very quick and sorted us out so we could get into our room. Room was very clean, fresh bedding and towels. Would definitely stay here again
Not the best part of town but only 20 minutes from railway / bus station.nThe reception in on the first floor accessed by a lift the stairs require a key card to access them. The staff are fantastic I buzzed in and the came down and opened the door as I don't use lifts and without being asked moved my room from the third floor to.the first. Thank you great service.
Got back to travel lodge at approximately 23.20couldn’t gain access through door rang telephone number over 15 times press intercom numerous times till I lost count till I lost count eventually gain access went to reception to complain and was told only one member of staff was on a different floor. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Stayed here last week had one night with no hot water. I am paying for a service and would expect to receive a service, your reception should be man all times card doesn’t work for entry appalling
Rooms good but small. Shower hot and plenty of pressure. Location not great. City centre but away from pubs and food. It's on thd edge of the centre. Staff extremely helpful,excellent.
Clean and basic but ideal for one night. Staff, especially Tracy on Reception, were very friendly and helpful. About 5 minutes walk to main shopping centre.
