Excellent hotel as long as your expectations are realistic based on its rating. Easy & cheap parking at Leisure Exchange £1.50 for 24hrs, park on Level 4 next to the disabled bays. Brilliant customer service from the time of our very late 1am check in to the breakfast service. Breakfast is simple options but good. Rooms are little bit dated but everything was functional and available, and of course clean! Bathrooms are good size and shower was good.
The second shift part time lady was absolutely amazing at the front desk! She is definitely one to keep around! She really went above and beyond to show you how much she cared about her job. Melissa at check out at 2:30am was absolutely spot on and really look and talked like she was happy to be working. You really can’t find that kind of people anymore. You two ladies please keep being amazing and going above and beyond for the guest and I promise you will go places!
Room was clean, nice shower and comfortable, if only double sized, bed. Parking was £1.50 for 24 hours! Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was OK but not great, hash browns were dry and tasted warmed up. Area was good, close to centre and surrounded by a cinema complex with Nando's nearby.nOverall was good and I would go again.
Overall, it was a good stay.nCarpits were a bit dirty.nSound proofing wasn't quite there, and people could be heard walking and speaking on the floor in the hallways.nGot two key cards for entry and another for the lights.nBreakfast was good with vegan & halal options.nFamily rooms were spacious and had all the basics as advertised.nVery close to city centre.nI would recommend this as a cheaper option if you are looking for a good place to sleep/rest and head out in the morning.
Hotel is very dated and could do with a refurb. Service was decent as was the breakfast. Parking is £1.50 for 24 hours which is a bargain. Overall decent couple of nights but Bradford is pretty dead at the moment due to so many central roadworks for the tram system.
