As a family we stayed here while we were moving homes. The hotel itself is clean, although the entrance is not, and it has a certain odour to it due to the groups of people congregating outside and smoking.nThe staff were very helpful, polite and always smiling. They couldn't do more to help.nThe room is ok, although it lacks in plug sockets and a small fridge, which would definitely help improve the room.nWe ate at the hotel one night. The cost was ridiculous for what was ordered. We ordered a small curry, 3 small portions of chicken wings 5 in a portion and 2 portions of garlic bread 2 small slices, with a drink of juice each for 4 people, and it cost almost £60. It also tasted like it was all just defrosted and cooked in the microwave. I understand this is an Express, but effort could be made.
Stayed 2 nights. Clean and comfortable room at a very reasonable price. Yes the rooms are probably due an update, USB sockets would be nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent and on a very busy Saturday morning everything was continually replenished and the staff worked so hard to keep tables available. In fact all the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Parking in the multi story next door is £1.50 per day! I defy anyone to park for less!! The only minor criticism I have was that only one lift was working so there was a wait at times.nSome of the reviewers on here are frankly ridiculous. This is a city centre hotel, the person complaining about the view made me laugh. To quote Basil Faulty “what did they expect to see in Bradford……hanging gardens of Babylon”!!
Absolutely lovely stay! The staff are so helpful, courteous and kind! Special thanks to Jason, jade, Jay and Jane for their exceptional service and hospitality. Thankyou!!nThe rooms could do with more plug points or USB chargers though.
Really handy as it's near the train station. Good good although they clear everything away after 9:30 so maybe extend that time. Really close to Pizza Hut and other places such as a bowling centre.
Very nice hotel we stay 2 nights. Breakfast very good . Friendly staff .clean room . Every thing near to hotel . Next time again I book this hotel. Just parking issue because no free parking. We buy weekly pas in £10 . And many time you in or out with this pass . Pay able parking very near
