This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. And its a great location on a 5/10 min walk into the centre. The Lesuire exchange car park next to it is ideal and very cheap parking £1.50 for 24 hours The rooms are spacious and the staff are always very pleasant/ friendly and helpful. For a overnight stay this Hotel is perfect.nIdeal for thr price you pay. We paid £54 for 1 night 2 adults and a child - breakfast included
Just texting to say how much we enjoyed our stay in your hotel. All your staff were very helpful. Their kindness in looking after our luggage allowed to wander around the city easily. I can’t speak highly enough about the free breakfast - truly amazing. I think it was the best value we have ever had and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
The Hotel was perfect for our visit to BRI. The hotel staff ordered my husband a taxi to go directly to BRI. It was a little late but very efficiently got him there on time.nThe hotel staff were super, very efficient, understanding, helpful and 1 particular member was really caring. When i explained where my husband had gone, she brought me a goodie bag for his return. What more could you want for a stressful occasion.nThe room was spacious and clean. The beds comfortable and clean also. The bathroom was spotless. I would only say that the tap was very noisy and spilled water every time it was turned on. It was a room that catered for people with needs but very nice. Being the 4th floor it was quiet and the view was lovely over a big part of Bradford. The breakfast was included and it was delicious. All in all a really good experience. We would definitely stay there or in another of their hotels.nThankyou so much. Margaret from York
Dependable and good value stay in a handy, central location. We’ll choose it again when next in Bradford. We were a couple staying overnight and visiting for a gig at Bradford Live, about a 10 minute walk away.nnCheck-in was efficient and staff were very friendly throughout. Our room was simple, clean and did the job, and we had a good night’s sleep despite being right in the city centre. WiFi was free and speedy.nnHot breakfast buffet is included and set us up well. The sausages and bacon were properly cooked, not pale and watery; croissants were fresh and flaky; and, above all, there was an actual pot of Marmite. Loved that.nnThe hotel is directly across the road from Bradford Interchange rail station and about a 15 minute walk from Bradford Forster Square. There is plenty of cheap parking next door in the multi-storey at the Bradford Leisure Exchange complex, where the hotel is located.
Overall, it’s a good hotel that provides the basic requirements, and we stay here regularly.nWe checked in on Monday the 27th, and the receptionist was friendly and informative. However, we were told at check-in that breakfast would be served until 9:30 a.m., but there would be no eggs the next morning due to a missed delivery — which really isn’t acceptable for a hotel of this standard.nWe also had an issue with the tap in our room, which was making horrendous noises and barely producing any warm water. In addition, there was no toilet roll holder, and when I mentioned it to reception, I was simply told that “some rooms don’t have one.” Both issues were reported to maintenance and were eventually fixed on Wednesday the 29th.nWhile I appreciate that the problems were resolved, these are things that should be checked before guests arrive. Regular room checks would make a big difference to the overall experience.nNaheed
