This is a late review. We were directed here from another Premier Inn near the local airport. We can only say that we were amazed, not only at the fantastic price including the breakfast we added, but also the professionalism and above all the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted by two individuals who put us at complete ease while checking our details. The guy at the desk even switched to speaking German to us. We are really sorry fo forgetting their names but they were working the night shift between 18/19 July 2024. We really appreciate your warm welcome both of you!nIt goes without saying that we slept soundly since the bed was so comfy.nBreakfast was the best we had all week and the lady serving maybe Angie or Angela - sorry if I got that wrong was a ray of sunshine! To cap it all, the manager asked us if we enjoyed our stay at the end with a beaming smile!nThanks again everyone! We wish we'd stayed there all week now. :
I recently stayed here and wanted to share my positive experience, particularly thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sarah.nnDuring my stay, I found that the AC in my room was not cold. Sarah quickly stepped in to resolve the situation, promptly arranging for me to be moved to a new room. Her swift action and understanding made all the difference, ensuring that my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable.nnBut what truly impressed me was Sarah's outstanding attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Several hours after I checked out, I realised I had left my charger in the room. Sarah went out of her way to locate it and made sure it was returned to me, which I greatly appreciated.nnSarah's professionalism and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. Her dedication to excellent service reflects highly on this hotel. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, and please pass on my sincere thanks to Sarah for her outstanding assistance.
Great value for money- beds are so comfortable. The female that checked us in was lovely.nnJust to note- theres construction work going on in the hotel- we were not aware when booking. It did not affect us as we were up and out early, but may annoy others.
The bed was great, room was clean but the air-con wasn't working and was a construction site, so drills waking you up at 9am on a Saturday morning wasn't great.nnAlso another guest was smoking something they shouldn't have and stunk the corridor out. Paid for Ultimate WiFi and was poor connection so was unable to usennWould come back and do another review once upgrades are completed
Pleasantly surprised! Good spacious and clean rooms. Toiletry, TV and comfortable beds. Travelled with family and will surely be using the hotel again.
