We had a wonderful stay at this premier inn with 2 young children in the family room. The staff were super friendly and helpful with setting a baby cot up and supplying warm milk for the toddler. It was clean and comfortable and we heard no outside noise at all. It is also so well located and easy walking to everything. Parking is really cheap at the car park nearby. Thank you for a lovely weekend.
Really enjoyed our one-night stay here.nBargain parking in the multi story behind the hotel. Close to shopping and Hollywood bowl which is both what we were there food.nEvening meal was good. Service is what made this stay not just a normal stay. Alex and Steph worked well together and we're very attentive. After a few chats it was really cute of Alex to present us with a box of chocolates for our wedding anniversary, really thoughtful. Thanks for a great stay.
Excellent hotel with excellent location. Parking is 1.50gbp per 24 hours at 2 min walk to Leisure Exchange Car Park . Rooms were interlinked and super quiet and , clean and spacious. Breakfast options both continental and cooked were excellent with lots of variety 6+ cereals , fruit juices, water, coffee machine, and vegetarian options perfectly cooked. ninella in the restaurant was very kind and efficient. The staff were always busy but respectful and helpful. Iron and table were available at last minute request. Bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable even the prepared sofabed! Recommended for a family stay.
