I just called up to arrange an appointment. Lady (receptionist?) was really polite and professional in dealing with my call and very helpful finding an available appointment and booking it for me.

I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to all things dental and came here needing a tooth removed and expecting the worst but everything was explained clearly, I was put at ease and it was all over quickly and painlessly. Impressed.

Disgraceful attitude experienced today from this practice, Mainly from the Dentist himself. 

So I will be looking for a new dentist as from tomorrow.
