I urgently made an appointment due to my husband's toothache, but they immediately set a date, treated my husband, and extracted his teeth after seeing a doctor.nThank you for the very kindness of the people who guide us at the reception, and thank you to Doctor Chu and Victoria.nThank you for your hard work. I won't forget it.

Had a procedure for a splint for a wobbly tooth and it fell off the same day.nAlso receptionist had a poor attitude, jumped into a conversation between me and another patient and gave false information to try and save face over the issue with dentists and NHS patients waiting lists, as if it was even her fault.

My mum came here for an emergency appointment. The receptionists that were working 18/03/2025 were so lovely, warm and funny. Mum also said this and said her dentist was 5 stars so nice and professional.nHighly recommended wish this was my dentist practice

Attended Oak Dental Care Maghull through the Emergency Dentist. Had terrible painful tooth ache which resulted in the extraction of my tooth. Received the best possible care and attention, professionlism and respect from this Dental Service. Cannot thank them enough for fitting me into their appointment system resulting in me now being pain free.

I came here as an emergency appointment & extremely happy with the service , both dentists & receptionist are so polite and friendly and the dentist I seen was very helpful and explained everything so clearly. I felt so comfortable and would highly recommend!
