We are a friendly, caring team and proud to have been awarded 2009 "Best Dental Team in the UK". In the heart of Liverpool City Centre you'll find us - a beautifully styled Dental Spa, a great team & an extensive array of products and services. We provide a comprehensive list of general, implant and cosmetic dentistry as well as facial aesthetic procedures. We are a certified dental phobia practice for nervous patients with a team of dental specialists in house.

we welcome positive and negative feed back from our patients that is how we improve our service and learn from you the patient. The negative comments left by a John Connors and Michael  Donovan we have searched our data base and we have no patient by those names and  never been to our practice.  I have to surmise that some of  the negative comments on here are fake and not our real patients .
,I find it a pity and very unprofessional that a competitor dentist who have that much time on their hands to make up these reviews 
if you spent more time on your own business maybe you may keep your staff and some patients too . 
any one who has any doubt please pop along to one of our free clinical consultations on a Thursday evening and see for yourself 
let me assure you we have the highest trained  staff in the north of England  and a team that has been here for over 15 years

i had an 'all on 4' procedure done here before Xmas, all I can say is the level of care & expertise by Dr McGovern & his team is second to none.
The technician responsible for my teeth also was lovely & i know I made the right decision above the other specialists in the area when my friends comment on how natural & lovely my teeth are.

After paying over 4k upfront for braces things were going OK with the treatment. Until I owed them 100 or so pounds for a new retainer. When i took the money in and told them I had lost a retainer again and might require a new one they asked me for the receptionist asked me for that money upfront even though I might not have needed another. I explained I didn't have the money on me. I was refused my appointment I had travelled I to town for there and then. My treatment was never finished and now I'm back to square one with my teeth again, looking for treatment. For the sake around hundred pounds I could have payed the next week showed it was all about the money and not about the patient.

After a lengthy stay in hospital my front tooth had been damaged and caused me a great amount of pain. It was recommended that I went to see Debbie & Marius as I was extremely apprehensive about visiting the dentist given the pain I was in.  The treatment I received was outstanding and Debbie was so caring and considerate ..even making sure that I got back to the car safely and explaining everything to me.  Both herself and Marius went above and beyond the call of duty and directly contacted the Doctor about the medication I was on to make sure that it wouldn't counteract it in any way.  Debbie has made several phone calls since and has shown genuine concern for my well being and I could not have wished to be looked after and cared for in a better manner and I would recommend them to all my family and friends ! Every member of staff in there made me feel at ease despite my apprehension of visiting the dentist and I received the best treatment I could have hoped for.
