I was a NHS customer of this dentist since I was a child but I recently rang up to book an appointment and was told I was no longer eligible for NHS as I had not had a appointment with them for more than 2 years.  This dentist used to send out SMS reminders to book appointments, they stopped doing this in order to cut the amount of NHS appointments.  If this is how they treat NHS customers I wouldn't want to go private with them.
