Would definitely recommend if you're nervous about visiting the dentist like me! From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The check-up was really thorough, the dentist explained what she was doing, and also the reasons behind the treatment plan and treatment recommendations. Really felt like everyone cared about making the experience a positive one!

Had a routine check up today the visit was excellent. Appointment time was spot on the welcome was really good no fuss and the check up conducted very well every thing explained. I have been using  the practice for many years and have always been happy if one can be when visiting a "Dentist" All the team are wonderful,  thanks would recommend them without hesitation.

Never have a met such a wonderful team.  I have always been terrified of the dentist and because of this, my teeth suffered.  From the first appointment Tom and Jamie made me feel at ease.   Not only did they manage to fit all my appointments into such a tight time frame due to us moving abroad, but they have given me my smile and confidence back and I can’t thank them enough!

Had a checkup today at Wallasey Village Dental Practice. Greeted with a lovely smile and seen promptly for my appointment. Jon and his friendly team put me at ease and all was well. No further treatment needed. I highly recommend this practice.

We brought our daughter to this practice to have teeth extracted in preparation for a brace being fitted. Jon and the team made what could have been a very stressful experience into a pleasant one. We can’t thank him and the team enough. The practice is spotlessly clean and the team are professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

All staff I have encountered at the Practice have been really nice and friendly which definitely puts me at ease when I have felt anxious. Also the hygienist takes their time to make sure you’re doing alright and explain where they’re at with the treatment they’re doing. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience in such a sometimes daunting event. Thank you all x

A fantastic dental practice!  All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. My dentist, Tom, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, reassuring, and thoroughly addressed all of my concerns.  I will be recommending the practice to everyone I know.

Thank you Dr. Jon Bankes and your great team. In 2021, I had dental implants and I was so pleased that I went back for more implants in 2022. The treatment has now finished and the implants are fabulous. Jon is a very experienced professional dentist and friendly and charming at the same time. He discussed what he was going to do at every stage of my treatment. Jon and his team were very good at putting me at my ease. I can thoroughly recommend Dr. Jon Bankes and his team.

I was really disappointed. I'd heard great things about the Wallasey Village Dental Practice and, having just moved to the area, was looking forward to a dentist as good as the one I left. I booked an initial evaluation but the dentist J He only gave my teeth the most glancing exam, didn't ask about my history and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I felt brushed off and dismissed and in future will find another dentist who has time to do a more thorough exam.

Very happy with the service provided ,even when I was a little late due transport issues Jason and the team ensured that all the planned treatment was given without being made to feel rushed. I've been a patient at the practice for many years now and always been more than happy with the treatment given to both myself and family
