Love this pub, so traditional, so friendly, felt very covid safe too.
Great for Premier league... Good pints
Really nice pub and great for a meal too! Ruth and her coworker didn't catch her name were very helpful and friendly. They even took time to write down some points of interest for us as we've just moved in. I would definitely recommend this pub for a friendly atmosphere and a great pint :
Lovely local pub. Good atmosphere, open til 2am on weekends and last time I was there they put put a lovely free snack buffet on Saturday night.
Definitely the best roast I've had in ages, portions are great, including the meat! We had two meat platter, great price, under a £10 and have gluten free gravey. Pool table and covered smoking area. Lovely landlady and good beer. Feels like one of the last real old pubs left!
Favourite pub in St Albans. I absolutely love their Karaoke nights

Nice local pub. Pool table run by pikeys tho so who knows how you get a game in. Fight broke out in the darts area while I was there. Pints are average St Albans prices ~£5.
