One of the best Sunday roasts in St Albans. Accommodated us with our dog outside in the garden. Only thing that could have improved the visit would be some patio heaters, as the garden is quite shady and a little cold!
Good food. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Service a bit slow but otherwise happy to recommend.
Lovely pub that does a great roast £17...3 IPA's on tap all 5%+ punch in the face ones so could do with a session one. Desert was £5.50 & lovely. Bottle of red £16. Very nice pub with very friendly and accommodating staff.
Still a great place for a pint. The beer garden out back is well spaced and mostly covered in case of rain. Went on a Sunday night and was quiet but open till pretty late.
