Nice store some lovely dresses,coats, shoes and staff all helpful and friendly
Not the shops fault but could have dealt with it better. Went on Saturday to look for new arm chairs and sofas to find a very large group of teenagers hanging around the furniture department and sitting on the sofas and being very noisy and shouting rude words etc and in the way. It was very hard to look and the staff no wear to be found and waited a while for someone to come and help. During this time customers were having similar issues and walking out.
Visited the Charlotte Tilbury stand to look for some foundation. I suffer with eczema on my face. A beautiful young lady helped me pick a shade and was so lovely. I hope this review is seen by her. My daughter and myself thought she was so kind and helpful.

We visited John Lewis today in Liverpool and were served by the very helpful Ruth in the kitchen and appliances department. We have just bought our first home and we were completely kitting out our kitchen. Ruth was extremely helpful and efficient in helping us keep track of our large number of purchases, and she made some great suggestions about things we were missing from our list. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Ruth!
DOGS DOGS DOGS EVERYWHERE WHY, because you can doesn't mean you have too. One owner caught letting his dog wee on rugs then walking out. Upstairs downstairs dogs are too much and no consideration is taken on customers who simply don't like them or are allergic to them. We spoke to loads of people who simply are sick of it turned into a dog walkers paradise. BAN THE DOGS NOW PLEASE, or your going to lose hundreds of customers who simply are not interested in dogs but want to shop.

Lewis store Great cafe with good food .Views over city and Liverpool one .Some bargains to be had at the electrical department .Tv dish washers tables ect Try Looking at the returns .They are still covered under warranty and are good value !
One of the biggest malls in Liverpool one, it has 4 floors, each floor having a different array of goods on display. Mostly high ends fashion lines are the there on display. There is a children's section, perfumes, furniture, beddings for babies, men's and women's fashion, luggage, kitchen utensils, and electronics, there is a bureau De change for this with different currencies. There is a place to eat, toilets for males and females and are accessible to wheelchair
Absolutely shocking experience. An old women who worked at the store followed me around the store, even following me from one floor to another took my items off me and insinuated I would attempt to steal the items as she told me “if you really want these items they will be waiting for you behind the till” I only had two items in my hand as I was looking for items to help decorate my living room and had full intention of buying lots more. After the altercation I went to the till to claim my items back payed and then left straight away. Only reason I still bought my items was because I couldn’t find them anywhere else, if I could I would have 100% gone somewhere else to buy them I then told the person at the till that I wasn’t sure why she took my items off me and how this has never happened before and the till worker looked very uncomfortable and then said that she was probably trying to get me to buy more by freeing up my hands. If that’s how the store trains their employees to try and increase sales then the sales team needs sacking I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store before and I believe the staff need a lot more customer service training if they believe that’s a polite way to talk to a customer
