Good variety of stock and staff are super friendly. More expensive than the equivalent store in Cheshire Oaks, but on our with other outdoor clothing stores in the locality. Staff will also check if they have extra sizes in the stockroom which is very helpful and I managed to get the size I needed this way.
Visited Jack Wolfskin Liverpool One this morning. The service was excellent. The young man who attended to me was friendly and extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable about the walking shoes I needed. He was informative about how to care for the shoes and gave me a protective waterproof spray for free. It was a really positive experience.
Have never been in store, but found the customer advice exceptional, along with great products that have a good range of colours and styles to suit all needs. I’ve bought a number of Jack Wolfskin jackets, including a couple directly from this store. This was a few years ago and they more than looked after me with regards to offers and price. All done via post. Then when one of the jacket zips didn’t work so well about a year or two later when I explained I hadn’t worn the jacket much because I had moved countries and delayed opening my boxes during the pandemic, they offered to pay for it to get professionally mended without issue. This was fantastic; and the staff were all super-cool to deal with both on phone and email; consistently. They then went the extra mile, because as I continued to move around houses going from rentals to trying to find a home in the frenetic post pandemic housing market, these guys hung on - as long as my jacket did! - for two years. And eventually I have got around to sending it off and have received it back with a brand new Jack Wolfskin zip. Perfect. Thank you folks. You are brilliant. What a pleasure it is to deal with such a patient company. It made all the difference during a really stressful time. And I get to enjoy my jacket now. This store is a fine ambassador for the Jack Wolfskin brand.

Terrible service, walked in and was greeted by a member of staff I said hello, I'm here to buy boots and i started walking upstairs as I knew where I needed to be, and the store assistant used his walkie talkie to let the upstairs staff know that "a female is heading up the stairs now to look at boots" when I reached the top a chap was waiting and before I said anything he said " here's the boots what type was you after" at this point I said none and left it was all a little too full on and in my face I wasn't given the opportunity to just browse and I was wanting a jacket too. I felt like a shop lifter and it's a little rude radioing to upstairs staff, I've never felt so uncomfortable in a store.
Nice good quality outdoor clothing, the staff are now much more friendly and helpful than they were on my previous visit almost a year ago, maybe then the staff were having an off day as we all do sometimes, good sales here too when they have them with some great bargains to be found
Excellent customer service today in store, Adam was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get prepared for my walk up Ben Nevis. Highly recommend.
Great and polite staff giving support on a wide range of products. Next to equipment and clothing for the outdoors in a high quality standard the service goes beyond the sales. We received help for the warranty of jack wolfskine items bought in Germany
