Me and my wife went in to have a look and we were talking about Jean sizes. A worker called Amiee or Amy not sure how it’s spelt came over to offer advice and ask if we needed help with anything. She had a lovely, kind and friendly energy and was really helpful and knowledgeable on how we can go about getting what we needed and how we needed to do it!!
Friendly staff, good selection of clothing & offers for men & women I do wish they had less online exclusives tho for jeans, I always find jeans are hard to fit and it’s best to try them on in store However that said… the sizing is very good here.

Having worked in retail and had experienced poor customer service in many shops, I know when a shop is being run well. We went in for gift ideas, every member of staff was attentive and friendly, we spoke to a tall lady, I think she was the manager, her positive attitude must have rubbed off on the staff. Just a fantastic experience from start to finish, we ended up buying a coat and jumper.
I had a really pleasent conversation with one of the young lads called Jack today while shopping in store, really he was really good and helped me massively, had a ball with him too! Absolute jem of a lad!
Sizeable store with plenty for stock. Good sale area for bargain hunters. Friendly, helpful staff. Bit dark but clearly trying to create an atmosphere.

Went into the new store today and had the best experience. I was helped by a lovely girl with very cool hair. She helped me find the clothes I was looking for and even complimented me. Another member of staff came over as soon as I started walking towards the till so I had no wait. She was also so friendly. Overall friendly and helpful staff and good prices.
Highly recommendedwe had a room 538 which the views where amazingthe food 10/10 service 10/10 why not try it and like us enjoyed it so much we will return back
The sales assistant who served me today called over a manager, named Grace, to help her to do something on the till. Grace was very rude to the girl which made me uncomfortable and she had the most miserable face I’ve ever seen. A real stoney boned and cold type of woman, she will struggle to find a man in life.
