Subject: Complaint Regarding Temporary Closure of Men's Section During Refurbishment Dear Zara Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current state of the Zara store in Liverpool. While I understand that the store is undergoing refurbishment, I find it quite disheartening that the temporary setup only accommodates women's clothing, completely neglecting the men's section. As a loyal customer, I believe that this decision is highly inconsiderate and discriminatory towards male customers. It seems unfair that, during this refurbishment period, Zara has chosen to prioritize women’s fashion exclusively, leaving men with no options at all. This gives the impression that men's needs and preferences are not as important. Why should male customers have to bear the inconvenience of not having access to clothing options while the store is being renovated? It feels as though the message being sent is that men matter less as customers, which is quite disappointing from a brand that prides itself on inclusivity and catering to a diverse clientele. I strongly urge Zara to reconsider this decision and make provisions for men's clothing in the temporary setup. Whether through a dedicated section or a pop-up area, it is crucial that all customers feel valued and accommodated, regardless of gender. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing a more inclusive approach during the refurbishment period. Sincerely, Thomas
Came to exchange a shirt I had purchased less than 24hrs after due to it having a rip in. I had lost receipts but had proof of purchase on my transaction via Apple Pay. Wasn’t asking for a refund and was happy to exchange but didn’t have the shirt in my size but picked something else, however woman on till was rude saying I should have receipt she was not going to refund. She was patronising and rude. The store was uncomfortably hot and the cue behind me was very large as only 2 people on till. I Was made to feel like a criminal. Disgusting customer service will not return to this store!!!
So Zara selling their T shirts with Euro price as main price and with GBP price covered. Went to speak to manager and they said they buy in their stock from Spain and haven't time to take all the stickers off! Manager not at all bothered about misselling!
They need more staff on the returns till and a quicker way to process returns. But big shout out to staff member Jen hope she got the box of chocolates I took in for her the next day. I went in Sunday and she was so helpful
Some clothing is really poor quality and overpriced, some are nice and good quality. Shoes not recommended. Many of the perfumes smell really great and persist on skin all day long.
Wow I bought amazing pointed heel from there see in this video
It always in mess, they really have very nice fashion but I prefer online shopping than in store. By the way, the fitting room is back now in this store
I wouldn’t even attempt to go at a weekend - the place is like a hectic yard sale. We returned during the week to exchange a jacket for a smaller size. It took over an hour to get the new jacket from a store room apparently their store room is in the car park which sounds crazy. None of the staff seemed bothered or interested. Suggest the manager has a good walk around the store - some serious operational issues in this place!
Always busy, need more staff, bit disorganised, waiting timee to be seen tk at this time of yesr, too long, spotted what looked like kate moss comming out, so must be ok
It’s busy all the time. Have good quality of clothes at affordable prices; however the staff seem busy all the time. The store should work on opening all the tills/counters to ease the queue. Merely find any staff at the store; let alone seeing them assist customers.
