We went to Harvey's Tunbridge wells after going to various other shops looking for a new sofa. We wasn't bothered by staff atall. The store manager Stephen assisted us and was most pleasant ensuring we had a good experience unlike other Harvey's stores we had visited, gave us the best deal possible. Left very happy. Would return. Customer service by Stephen was second to none. Really went out of his way to ensure we were happy. Would recommend and return in the future!

Harveys need to look into the kind of sales person put in charge of their store.

I came to your store last Saturday to pick up a Sofa set and having liked the sofa set called a sales guy for seeking some information on pricing etc,  The guy (Stephan) right from word go just gave answers in Monosyllables and was outright rude to the point that  I had no choice but to leave the store to buy a similar Sofa set from DFS next door( worth 3 K, which may have costed me lesser at Harveys as they seemed to have a promotion on the product then).
As a customer I or for that matter anybody does not like being illtreated or getting a feel that the store or it's staff is doing a favour by clarifying the customer's queries.
Pls take up and train your store staff who are the first advertising a store needs.

Appalling customer service and the manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. Would not go bac there to get a sofa.
