Terrible. Keep changing staff. No communication to let you know when furniture delivery date. Surly rude youngsters sniggering behind glass.
Overall if it wasn't for the fact that I love the sofas I would in future go elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Bought 3seat sofa and footstool July 2015, delivered September. Paid extra for premium leather but after 7months the colour started to come off, as VERY thinly sprayed on.  Rang dfs in May '16 to complain and they finally sent someone out on June 21st.  He said needed recovering completely to which I replied I did NOT want same leather or colour as would happen again, he assured that someone would be in touch within the week.... 10 days later I rang them only to be told they had ordered set of covers!!  There then followed a couple of weeks sorting out what we actually wanted despite us telling them repeatedly, they even asked us to drive a 30 mile round trip to nearest store to look at a specific leather...only to find where we got there it was exactly what we already had!!
Finally order was placed and we waited approx. 7 weeks then another wait for upholsterer  to come....with a much inferior quality leather we did NOT order.  Back it went and dfs blamed supplier but they had either ordered wrong thing or tried to fob us off with cheapest possible replacement. 
New order sent off in August with expected delivery 27th October...and guess what... NOTHING. 
Rang them and again blamed supplier promised to chase and call me back same day..still waiting.
Dfs adamantly refuse to replace whole thing saying not their policy to do so but to repair instead...FINE IF THEY ACTUALLY DID IT.
NEVER EVER AGAIN and advise anyone not to buy from them.
Update.....On 4th November 2nd set of covers arrived...For wrong suite altogether.!!! Reordered again..On 19th of December finally had correct new covers fitted ..Still poor colour quality on footstool but after 7months of dfs getting it wrong and about £40 in phone calls we'll live with it.
