I love this shop. There’s so many brilliant sofas and when there is a sale on your can get great deals. I bought a foot stool there today at a reduced price of £95 from £600 I was really pleased with this deal. Not only this but I also got free hot chocolate and cookies and the staff were really helpful and kind. This was a great shopping experience and would definitely recommend it.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I had to chase my wardrobe order on five occasions, always being promised a call back which I never received. Eventually when my order arrived - three weeks late with NO apology - it was then going to take another six weeks to arrange delivery.

My wardrobe was installed at home by two very helpful delivery guys however the second rail which I had ordered did not arrive - one which was too short had been sent instead. Having chased Furniture Village two weeks later I was told that they would chase the manufacturer for me as it was nothing to do with them - even though they were happy to take my money for the order in the beginning. The lady said I would need to call her back for an update from their supplier. Not quite what you expect when making a complaint!

Having had no response - which I'm not surprised by anymore - I have just called to speak to the manager who suggested that delivery time for the correct rail could take as long as my original order (9 weeks) but in the meantime I could always try B&Q for a rail which they'd be happy to reimburse me for. Again, not quite what you expect when ordering a product - to have to go and 'do it yourself'!!

I'm appalled at the level of disinterest from many members of staff who I have spoken to and will certainly never shop with Furniture village again.

David looked after us very well and helped to come to the right decision over furniture. FV service was as excellent as usual as were the cookies!

Purchased a king size bed, mattress, 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. Service was excellent and extremely helpful. Coffee and cookies were good too!
