First time using this taxi company after waiting for over an hour in the heat for our regular taxi firm,on time in 10 minutes the driver was very pleasant gonna use from now on and I love that you can track your taxi and you know how much too
Unreliable. Booked twice, let down twice Said they’d be 5-10mins. Still waiting 25mins later & when we called we were told 5-10mins again. You’re better off waiting for a proper taxi firm
Nice driver. On time. Cab was a bit beaton up
Have used them 3 or 4 times now, both during the day and evenings. The service I have experienced has been efficient, quick, short waiting times and very reasonable costs. I also like the level of communication, immediately receiving a text confirming the location, vehicle and time of collection, then one for arrival, and another with a link to a page showing the journey summary. Not sure I could ask for any more in a taxi service :
On time, i could track the driver too. Best service and will only use these guys in future.
Can't fault it. Taxi turned up on time. Clean car, careful driving and reasonably priced
Very pleased with the service. They phone ahead to make sure they can find us and they turn up on time. The drivers are friendly and the cars are clean.
