Friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely use again

My mother contacted this company twice on the day the carpet was suppose to be fitted to have the telephone hung up on her the first time.  The second time she was told "between 10 - 5pm" when ordering the carpet she ask for a morning slot, which they said was fine on purchasing.
There are much more reliable & better customer service from carpet shops in and around paisley. I would avoid this one in future!

We used Jem in 2014 for kitchen flooring and were happy with the service both in store and fitting. We used them again this week for a bedroom carpet and yet again can't fault the service. Won't hesitate to return.

Excellent. Great choice of flooring, friendly service and a bit of banter too.

Have used this company before in the past however made arrangements for their fitters to call by today to measure up, "anytime up until 5pm" they said. Needless to say they did not turn up and when I called them they tried to say they had been st the door. Waste of my time therefore will use another place for the future.
