Great place for pet supplies. Ava cat food is amazing great value and great price. Cats love it and that's for all types of food hairball etc.

The shop does have good staff and produce but I feel as though the animals were often over-breed. My first hamster I got was not from pets at home and he lived till he was 3 (average life expectancy). All the other pets I’ve ever gotten was from pets at home and they all died very shortly. Got a new hamster around a month ago, he was spoiled he had a huge cage, large wheel, luxury substrate and good food. Any how about a month after I bought him he died. At first I though he was hibernating because it was cold so I warmed him up by putting him on a warm water bed. He didn’t wake up so I left him for a while and came back then I noticed Riga mortise had settled in which meant he was dead. I was disappointed because this happened before and I was giving it another chance. I would recommend buying stuff for your hamster or pets but do not buy the actual animal from them.

Great location. Plenty of parking and other shops around. Large store with plenty of variety of stock. Grooming facility available and most importantly helpful staff

Fantastic, staff are just the best, make you and your pet so welcome. Also there so informative about anything you need to know about your pet.

Great Shop but....requires at least a few more staff to assist or take payments. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.
