Absolutely shocking company. Ordered sofa to be delivered 13 weeks after order, only to receive a text the week before delivery saying the order was delayed for another 9 weeks. Phoned up and they said this particular sofa was having delivery issues since April. Why was I not informed of that when I ordered? Completely shocking experience and will not ever be using this company ever again and would never recommend them.
Had an issue with a chip on one of our chairs. Called the store who said they would deal with it at store level. The manager sent me a link to upload pictures and explained that I would have a call within 48 hours to make arrangements to resolve- I received a call within 4 hours and was told the pictures had saved a lot of time and that a new chair will be sent out ASAP. Replacement came and the other was uplifted. Thanks to the store for dealing with it so promptly. Great service!
Jon, the Sales Advisor, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture and the delivery arrangements. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Oak Furnitureland.
Please don't buy the Melbourne Suite as the pictures below show the 4 seater after being in the house about 3 weeks and being sat on for about 5 mins before the pictures were taken. They then sent an upholsterer who showed us that the foam within was lower on the foam scale than the lowest one he had. If they had replaced the foam it would have been with the same foam. The one in the shop felt totally different so maybe the foam is the answer. We were lucky and managed to get it uplifted yesterday and hopefully a refund is on it's way. A new suite has now been ordered from a totally different company. Good luck if you go ahead........
