I bought a filter online for my car and had to pick it up from the store in Paisley on Hamilton Street When I went the salesperson handed me the box with the filter which was open. I tried to check the contents of the box and was surprised to find that the filter had been used before and put back in the box. I said I would not take it and wanted my money back. The salesperson Nicole was very aggressive and would not give me my money back. I had to stand in the store for about 10 minutes until they gave me my money back. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was out and would be back in 2 days. Super disappointed with the staff. I can't believe they tried to sell me a used filter.. It's been 9 business days and I still haven't received my money back. It was confirmed to me by the person in the photo that I would get my money back. Apparently he lied to me. Incredibly impudent behavior of this guy. I'll look for my rights!
Windscreen wipers replaced. The staff carefully checked they were the right ones & size. Joined Halfords Club; got my window cleaner liquid refilled & tyres checked. Apart fromnpaying for the wipers & getting them fitted. The rest was free & I got £5 off as a member of the club. The staff were pleasant and polite. This was at the Paisley store.
I had booked a light to get fitted in my front passenger headlight. I arrived 10 minutes late to the appointment as I was stuck in roadworks and I apologised for this. The staff then made me wait outside for 25 minutes which I believe was because I was late, they still hadn’t come out to fit the light after 25 minutes. When I went inside to enquire what was happening they sent someone out straight away. When I went inside the store there were two guys standing at a desk laughing and another two guys not doing anything. Do not recommend.
only one assistant who was repairing a bike, no one on the tills i had to wait about 15min to pick up my mirror which i had ordered on Monday. There was about 6 people behind me waiting to pay for there goods. Get more assistants in this store or you will be losing business.
I picked up a heavy, bulky click & collect order. Staff were patient, helpful and cheerful in both accessing the order and assisting me to load it into my car.
