avoid! I was going to order blinds with the measure and made service for £1000. The measurements done by the shop were wrong, when I questioned that I was told by a very mean women that I don’t need to proceed with the order. She was tryingnto say that I am wrong, that people that work in the store are professionals and they are never wrong!!! For example patio doors - one door 78x210, other side of the patio doors 78x216! Both sides are the same! She was so rude to the pointnthat I have left crying..
Looking for a variety of things, Dunelm turned out to be our one stop shop. Very helpful staff offering advice and locations and great till service, a credit to the shop. Bravo .
Different price at the till compared to the price label on the item. They don't even apologise about it, nor do they rectify, hoping no one notices or comes back like I did or they just don't care. SHAME!!!!!
Really unpleasant experience trying to return goods - humiliated in front of long queue at checkout and accused of having opened package which had clearly not been opened. Used to love this shop but will never set foot in it again after today.
Cafe could be better. Refused to serve us 2 small child's cheese toasties,right size for us 2 oldies, it was 12-30 and not a kid insight. Bit petty we thought . Over priced ones forced to take .
